Description:

The Fisher Lecture is a public lecture held at Adelaide University which celebrates the work of Sir R. A. Fisher in the areas of Genetics, Statistics and Evolutionary Biology.  

This year the lecture will be held in conjunction with the GSA Annual Conference and will be given by Dr. Bruce Weir, National Institute of Statistical Sciences, Program in Statistical Genetics, North Carolina State University, Raleigh, North Carolina, USA.  

The Lecture will be followed by the conference mixer (see following).

Description:

Join conference delegates and traders to discuss the day's events and to support the conference sponsors.

Adelaide Oval

Description:

Join us for dinner at the historic Adelaide Oval, home of South Australian Cricket and a venue for many of Sir Donald Bradman's first class innings.

Cost includes a delicious 3 course meal with included drinks package.

Entertainment is also provided.

Description:

Celebrate the end of the conference in style with a lunch featuring the tastes of the native spices of Australia accompanied by the sounds of a didgeridoo.
