The preferred method of registration for the GSA meeting is via this web site. You can fill in the details of your registration and then click on the SUBMIT button. This will automatically transmit the details of your registration to the organisers, who will then write them down on a piece of paper.
Please note that the information about your registration includes:
(1) Your name, and e-mail or other method of making contact
(2) Title of submitted contribution, plus abstract if you wish to give
a talk
(3) Accommodation request if you have one
Registration involves one more step - paying. You can pay either
(a) Electronically. If you choose to do this, fill out the remainder
of the registration form with credit card number and details of your accommodation
and dinner requests. Note that this involves sending your credit card number
via e-mail. If you do not wish to do this, then:
(b) Call up the Payment form. You can
print this out and write on it. Alternatively, Select All from the
Edit menu, Copy from the Edit menu, and then you can
paste into a word-processing program, format, fill it out, and print. If
you are sending a cheque, you will need to post the form to:

Note that the payment form does NOT include all the details on the
registration form if you are submitting a title and/or an accommodation
request. Please submit the registration form over the web as well as sending
your payment form if you choose to pay in this way.
If you wish to register non-electronically, please make sure you include all information with your application: name, contact details, accommodation request, details of submitted paper, dinner request (including whether vegetarian), tour request and method of payment.
All registrations are accepted only after payment has been received. You should receive an acknowledgement once this has happened. Please inform the organisers if you have registered and paid and have not received an acknowledgement within two weeks.
