Speakers should try to organise their timing to allow five minutes for introduction time and questions. Please note that some talks are 25 minute talks and some are 20 minutes.
The lecture theatres should all be equipped with slide and overhead projector, together with facilities for Powerpoint computer presentations. However the projector in the Old Geology lecture theatre works only to VGA standard for Macintosh computers (640 x 480 resolution, versus 800 x 600 for PCs).
