There is a maximum discount of 45% off the normal economy fare under this scheme, subject to availability of seats. Members should note that it may be cheaper to purchase the regularly advertised special promotional tickets, particularly since the conference spans a Saturday night. However these promotional fares have stringent conditions attached to them, such as non-refundability and sometimes non-changeability, and need to be purchased earlier. The conference fare allows more flexibility.
